When do I receive my real estate copy?
You'll receive your copy within 24 hours of the on-site appointment time, or within 24 hours of receipt of the photos and floorplan/video walk-through And YES - this includes public holidays and weekends. We understand we're often the last piece of the puzzle before going LIVE, so we hustle to get you what you need, FAST!
Wait - I don't like the copy I received...
Then we'll change it! We're not always going to nail the voice you hear inside, and sometimes, your sellers will feel the same way. We don't get caught up in it - we just change it to suit! We'll walk you through the most efficient way for you to receive changes from your seller, so you're not wasting time while still ensuring a product ready for the public eye. This will help to avoid any additional charge ($25 + GST for each round after the first).
